Any problem, any industry.
Everything software can be.

A small studio writing software across industries, from the products people tap every day to the automations that run quietly in the background.

About

A small studio for stubborn software.

HVZWorks is a small, independent studio writing software across industries that don't usually share a language: video games, industrial automation, internal tools, bespoke products. We don't pick a lane; we pick problems.

We work in long cycles with a small set of collaborators, no fixed process and no templates. Every project starts the same way: a careful look at the thing, and then a decision about what deserves to exist.

Products

Things we've shipped.

Visual workflow editor chaining security tools
Security · Automation

Security operations, on a canvas.

An automation platform where security teams assemble workflows by dragging tools onto a shared canvas. Each tool runs in its own isolated container; results stream between them in real time.

In production
AI assisted video production pipeline
Content · Automation

Video production, on autopilot.

A pipeline powered by AI that turns a topic into a published video, handling scripting, voiceover, thumbnail design, editing, and scheduling end to end. A full production team reduced to a single managed queue.

In production
Reinforcement steel cages with rebar extending upward
Construction · Steelwork

Rebar, before the first cut.

A desktop tool that turns structural drawings into a verified cutting plan before any steel is cut. Every bar is visualized in 3D, checked against the design, and optimized for minimum waste. Fewer surprises on site, less scrap in the yard, tighter margins on every project.

In development
Low poly Mustache Guy character
Video Game

Mustache Guy.

An action game where a mustached hero steps through his own portal gun from one world to the next, solving whatever trouble he finds on the other side. Low poly, and in no particular hurry.

Beyond the brief

What you see is only part of it.

From automation to ventures far beyond our field, we build across industries, and we're always working on what's next.

More to come, when they're ready.
